Norge verkar inte så intresserade, jag har bestämt mig för att förlänga kontraktet på lägenheten och satsa på att stanna här. Paris är ändå inte ett dåligt andrahandsval. Det här är lite av vad som har hänt sen jag kom tillbaka från midsommar i Skåne (mer på gogoparis.com/gogoblog), visningar, vernissager, konserter:
Norway don’t seem very interested, I have decided to prolong the contract on the apartment and go for staying here. After all, Paris is not a bad second hand choice. Jag fick mitt besked redan förra veckan och jag fick brevet denna veckan. Jag kom rätt långt i Finland, men inte tillräckligt långt; jag kommer inte flytta dit i höst. Jag hann träffa schyssta människor och få smak för staden den korta veckan jag var där. Synd. Väntar otåligt på sista beskedet för Norge och Bergen, där jag står som andra reserv. Går det inte sin väg stannar jag i Paris, på villkoret att jag lyckas finansiera det. Ovisshet är inte världens roligaste grej. Men det är å andra sidan inte trygghet heller.
I got my notification last week, and this week I got the letter itself. I advanced well in Finland, but not well enough; I will not move there this fall. I met and got to know some really nice people and started to like the city during the short week I was there. Too bad. Right now I’m unpatiently waiting for the last call for the last chance in Bergen, Norway, where I’m second on the waiting list. If things don’t work out with art schools I will stay in Paris, on the condition I’ll manage the fundings. Uncertainty is not the coolest thing around. But on the other hand, neither is safety and stability.

Helgen som utspelade sig till största delen på hemmaterritoriet i övre delen utav Skåne är över. Trevligt. Denna veckan hoppas jag på ett gott besked från Norge.
The weekend that for the most part took place in the home territory in the north part of Skåne (still in the very south of Sweden) is over. This week I’m hoping to get a positive notification from Norway.

Hade besök i veckan, alltid trevligt med det. Mycket jobb, men nu är jag klar med franskastudierna och jag har fått besked om att jag är nummer två i väntelistan till KHIB. Väntar otåligt på både det ena och det andra. Och just det, nu har bloggen jag fotograferar för fått sin definitiva adress: gogoparis.com/gogoblog.
Had visitors this week, and that’s always nice. Lots of work, but now I can leave my French studies behind. I got information from Norway; I’m number two in line to KHIB.
